I formerly taught in Russia, and have been teaching in Los Angeles for over 30 years since 1988. Many of my students who started at an early age (5-6 years old), studied until graduating high school, and now attend some of the best universities:
  • My students perform in regional competitions, festivals, and recitals.
  • More experienced students receive branch honor recognition and perform at MTAC Conventions
  • Most students participate in MTAC Certificate of Merit Program which evaluates their progress

The Piano is one of the most widely used instruments in western music because of its versatility and use in many different musical contexts. In addition to being used as a solo instrument, the piano can be used as an accompaniment to other instruments, and as a tool for practice and composition of modern music genres.
